1992
Established in 1992 as Trading Firm ‘Sharmi Industries’
1995
3 Layer film manufacturing unit ‘Sharmi Packaging pvt ltd’ with extrusion and printing machines was established at Kalol, Ahmedabad.
2008
Entered into Paper Foil Industries for sustainable packaging of food by the name of Radiant Films in Kalol, Ahmedabad.
2016
Started Radiant International as a subsidiary of Radiant Films – overseas marketing of manufactured products.
2018
By 2018, Radiant International took over the parent company ‘Radiant Films’ and started the same unit at Kalol with the additional facility of paper bag manufacturing along with plastic bags.
New machineries involved to meet export demands of both plastic and paper bags.
2020
The company became fully established in u.s exports market and became 100% EOU.
